About Anthony Sutter, P.E.

I've practiced civil engineering in California for more than 34 years, and my stamp has gone on everything from full subdivision improvement plans to single-detail steel calculations. That range is the point: whether you're a fabricator who needs stamped calcs for a stair package or a developer taking raw land through entitlement, you work directly with the engineer of record — not a project manager relaying questions to one.

The core of my practice is general land development: site design, grading and drainage, water and sewer, entitlements, and permitting for residential, retail, commercial, and industrial projects across the region — including more than 80 automatic gate and fence engineering projects. I also provide stamped structural calculations for deferred submittals: guardrails, stairs, ladders, gates, and the framing and connections that hold them up, calculated detail by detail against the current California Building Code so plan checkers get complete coverage the first time.
